The 42nd HSBC COBRA 10s 2011 will be held on 12th and 13th November 2011. The event this year will be held at the Petaling Jaya Stadium, Kelana Jaya, Selangor. The 16 team tournament is expected to include a large number of past participants, some of whom have already confirmed their participation. The two day event is expected to continue to deliver an exciting weekend of high quality rugby.
