BOWL SEMI-FINALS
vs
BALI (IDN)Bali Development who were thoroughly mauled in the group stages were undeterred by the results and looked to continue play with enthusiasm. They looked to have acclimatised and showed improved play. However, it was not enough. West Coast Sharks overall physical advantage with clean efficient play controlled the game for the win.
vs
SARACENS (MYS)Both teams have struggled to win in the group stages. Silverbacks, with excellent running lines complemented by timely support and offloads, were simply too much despite a spirited defensive effort by KLS.
BOWL FINALS
vs
SILVERBACKS (AUS)The Silverbacks kept to the same formula which worked for them in the knockout stages. With only 1 speedster on the team, made good work with great support play to score on the West Coast Sharks.
Good execution of the set-piece and retaining possession made it an overall dominant display of rugby by the Silverbacks to win the Bowl Championship.
