IJM Berhad has built IJM-COBRA Sports Complex (Kompleks Sukan) – a sports and dormitory facilities, at COBRA Rugby Club’s premises, which are available for booking and rental.

In September 2020, the COBRA Rugby Club embarked on the Rehabilitation, Renovation and Upgradation of the IJM-COBRA Sports Complex (Kompleks Sukan). COBRA club is working with ReadMyGame Sdn Bhd to undertake the works and manage the Sports Complex.

The expansion of the IJM-COBRA Sports Complex (Kompleks Sukan) consists of the following. Scheduled to finish by End Q1 2021.

  1. New Equipment in line with up-to-date Strength & Conditioning training requirements of a Rugby Player.
  2. Larger Training Space to increase training capacity of members / players at any one time.
  3. Introduce New Strength and Conditioning classes for all fitness levels.
  4. New Section for Mix Martial Arts (MMA) Training.
    • Padded Floors / Rolling Mats and Punching Bags for Mix Martial Arts Training.
    • Introduce Brazilian Jujitsu, Muay Thai and Yoga classes for all levels.
  5. Refurbishment of the Multi-Purpose Hall.
    • New LED Lights for Improved Lighting and Energy Efficiency.
    • Installation of a Basketball Court to FIBA specifications.
    • Introduction of Basketball Programs for all levels.
  6. Setup and Introduce a Physiotherapy Bay for All Athletes and Members to facilitate athlete Recovery and Rehabilitation.
  7. Repair and Refurbish Shower Facilities. (Male / Female)
  8. Dedicated Prayer Section for Females.
  9. Refurbishment of Dormitory Units.
  10. Set-up of Café with Nutritional Food Choices.
  11. Improved Storage Facilities.
  12. Supply and Build a New Administration Office Space.
