Tevita Latu crossing the line within the 1^st minute was probably the quickest try of the tournament. The Vipers kept the gas on putting a series of phases together and slick ball handling to take a commanding 28 – 0 lead in the 1^st half. West Coast sharks looked to rebound in the 2^nd half relying on nippy footwork and found themselves on the scoreboard. The Vipers were able to keep it together and hold off the Sharks for the Win.
