It was a game of Ball in Hand Free Flowing Rugby Running against Straight-line Ball Carrying. Despite the difference, both teams were evenly matched. In an intense matchup, it could have gone either way. It was the Polis that did just enough to edge the win in this contest.

Tevita Latu crossing the line within the 1st minute was probably the quickest try of the tournament. The Vipers kept the gas on putting a series of phases together and slick ball handling to take a commanding 28 – 0 lead in the 1st half. West Coast sharks looked to rebound in the 2nd half relying on nippy footwork and found themselves on the scoreboard. The Vipers were able to keep it together and hold off the Sharks for the Win.

Both teams have struggled to win in the group stages. Silverbacks, with excellent running lines complemented by timely support and offloads, were simply too much despite a spirited defensive effort by KL Saracens.

Bali Development who were thoroughly mauled in the group stages were undeterred by the results and looked to continue play with enthusiasm. They looked to have acclimatised and showed improved play. However, it was not enough. West Coast Sharks overall physical advantage with clean efficient play controlled the game for the win.
